Re: Question about time lapse photography

Ok, I checked with this book and I am on it. I just started it, I set it to 1m increments and 1 photo, whatever that means, presumably one photo per one minute.

First thing that I notice, is that if placing the camera on a flat bench surface, the camera sort of tilts forwards because of the weight of the lens housing stuff. But I guess, with time lapse photo, as long as the camera stands still it doesn't matter much but using a tripod is better than leaving the camera on the bench surface.

Also, I am reminded of how I have to do something about the lit display on the back of the camera, seems like such a waste of battery power to have that on. I don't currently know what the power saving features are set to, but I have to check that out later. For now I just pressed a button on the back to turn off the display.
