I use DoF by Jonathan Sachs on Android. It takes sensor size, a print size and viewing size. And uses these when selecting "sharp print". And visual acuity (set by default at 1 arc-min), and "allowable blur".

When print size is equal to viewing distance, the CoC is calculated as 0.01367 mm. Longer viewing distances for the same print make the CoC larger of course.

And selecting "sharp image"(which means pixel peeping), the CoC comes at 0.00783 mm.
