I agree that is the normal behaviour (in a XT4, so I assume in a X100V too). But if under "SET UP > BUTTON/DIAL SETTING > SHUTTER AE[1]" is set to OFF, then no this is not the behaviour.

Therefore, if you want to see specific ISO to be used for the shot on shutter button half-press, you should set "ON" for both "AF-S/MF" and/or "AF-C" (so exposure gets locked and ISO shown).  I learned this lesson in my post linked above and was advised how to solve it. I hope that X100V uses the same settings.
