Seeing all the spotlights on R right now, and I might switch to R for my low light work, I just want to say nothing beat an M with its lightweight, lovely color for everything you want to make it.

Despire its shortcoming, I do enjoy using M up till this very day, the R bandwagon may be fun, but sure I'll keep an M for the future, hoping Canon making some good lenses for it.

Beautiful pictures. Well done.

When going RF-mount think about stabilization. You might benefit from the IBIS of the R6. If you want the lower price and higher resolution of the R you will want IS in most of your lenses. Do you have a plan for a wide angle stabilized lens?  There's also the risk the RF 50mm f/1.8 won't have IS.

Another thing: the R has a one stop better signal2noise ratio compared to the M6mkII, but in cases you need the same amount of DOF you will have to stop down a full frame camera loosing at least a part of that low light advantage. In my opinion the main advantage of full frame is getting more sharpness, but improving on low light performance in cases you need enough DOF the gains are less impressive.
