Most noise comes from the analog to digital conversion. That doesn't mean one camera will have better noise performance than another simply because of pixel size. These tests also have a few caveats, such as not using the same lenses. Clearly they can't do a completely exact comparison with all the same conditions between a M43 and FF sensor. So don't attribute things like slight sharpness differences to noise performance.

But you made a bit of a critical mistake, because while your link shows results in your favor, you're actually comparing ISO 12,800 on the M43 to ISO 102,400 on the FF. Here is what the real direct comparison looks like...
