I'm not sure our experiences will help you... I think you want us to say, go ahead buy it!

The EVF is a massive improvement over the X-Pro2 (which looks like a dim peep hole now) and the 3 focuses in the dark.  The LCD screen is a bit annoying when you have to review a lot images, but I have figured out workarounds (like reviewing in a batch or just leaving it down 180 degrees when I NEED it...obviously not on the streets).  It makes you have more confidence that you got the shot without looking at the screen always.

The little back screen is very gimmicky if you use RAW and auto ISO... it'll always just shows the same label / information.  I wish they would allow other functionality on that screen or if they would have just gotten rid of it.

Overall, it is a great camera and I am happy with it.
