In a seascape, I look for foreground, midground and distant interest. In your shots, unfortunately I don't see much of interest in the foreground or midground. IMO, the purpose of shooting in the golden hours is to get the softer light and colors in the sky, but only one of your shots really has any color in the sky.

I know some may not like this style, but I like to get something interesting in the foreground to lead the eye into the scene and create depth. I also like to use a slower shutter speed and shoot the waves as they are receding to get the feeling of being swept out to sea.
