When contracting with a builder or architect I always ask them if they wish to cost share the project with vendors or subcontractors.

If so, I write a contract that gives options for licensing one, two or more users.

The client is then abundantly aware that they are not permitted to share their images with others yet by entering into a cost sharing contract they can reduce their total outlay.

I get to make more money from a shoot. Win win.
