Yup. Based on the impressive paper specs of the R5 I was wondering how Canon was going to protect their video camera market. Now we know. The R5 might be fine for part time/amateur videographers, but its certainly no threat to professional videocameras. The maximum recording times before overheating are not out-of-line for hybrid cameras, sans the S1H, but the cooling off times are ridiculously long, significantly limiting the camera's usefulness for dedicated video work.
