I was saying that Nikon Z has this issue. Canon R, apparently, has this issue. I didn't face it with Sony's a6X00 series (tho, pre-a6400 had their own AF issues) and I didn't own A7 III, so can't say anything about it. But, if there are complaints about it here on the forum (which I didn't see just because I didn't look for it ), I believe it's the same across all systems that have on-sensor PDAF. That way, we can't count on "FF/BF-free experience with a mirrorless camera". And, that way, a mirrorless camera must have AF fine tune option for all lenses, not just adapted like Sony.
