Z6 for OOC JPEGs... right path to take ?

Have yet to take a RAW

I have the camera since January and I never shot a single RAW so far. I use the default JPEG Normal. Most of the editing is curve and levels-based adjustments, sometimes using a mask. The OOC JPEGs are incredibly good in my opinion. But of course you get variations in color due to Auto WB. So either use fixed WB or change it in post. I do want to get more into color grading and RAW is better for that. Still, JPEG is so convenient. I think that if you don't go to the extreme of adjustments, then RAW doesn't make much of a difference. But if you move the sliders far, certainly having more bits per channel will help. But anyway, if they'd make 12bit JPEG a standard I think that'd be better than these proprietary file formats.
