I dropped my EOS R with the RF 28-70mm attached...

It was on my couch, and slipped off and landed with a mighty thud on the laminate flooring this morning.

Everything seems ok apart from the viewfinder which when used shows the scene as constantly blurry/out of focus, even when the camera itself has focused. For example I'll short press on the shutter button while looking through the viewfinder, it will autofocus with green boxes on faces etc but the view will still be blurry. If i take the picture, when i review it, it will be focused properly. The LCD doesn't seem to be affected, it focuses/unblurs normally.

Any one had similar experiences, or ideas about repair costs?
Also if the viewfinder mechanism is damaged, can using the camera via the LCD further the camera or sensor? All advice appreciated.

Such a shame as I was going to Part-ex it for the R5, sods law.
