You mean Neutral right? I don't think there is a Natural profile as named.

Yes, I suspect he's referring to Neutral (Picture Control, rather than profile).  If so, I wouldn't agree that it's the best setting when shooting JPEG's - it's generally recommended for images that will be post-processed.
