Sony A7- I've basically had to memorize the path to "live view exposure preview on/off" required for working with strobes because it's buried and cannot be assigned.

The newer Sony cameras are much better than the A7 in that regard. The menus are arranged in a more logical way and they added a customizable "My Menu" with the ability to assign 25 parameters over 5 menu positions.
