After watching your breakfast video, one thing I can tell you is don't worry so much about getting your set lit so perfectly evenly.

Spend some time taking a look around you in real life and you'll see that we live in a world of light and shadows. For instance, most walls are brighter at the bottom than they are at the top. Objects cast shadows. And light generally looks best when it's coming down at an angle.

The only change I would suggest is getting some of the light off of your hands, they're really bright, you can use what's called a flag or a scrim to cut down a little bit of the light on them. Look for YouTube videos on scrimming and cutting movie lights for the exact way to do it.
