Diffraction determined by entrance pupil or exit pupil?

Ok, great. Perhaps in the meantime you can show a diagram with the answer to the skill testing question, with exit pupil, principal point, in focus plane, N, f and whatever else you need starting from the figure above or one of Bill's recipes at 24mm. Just be precise. We wouldn't want vectors to be shifting whimsically around, would we?
