+1 for the Capture One Express Fuji option

It is free, after all. And the quality it produces is very high in my experience.

Also notable mention to Darktable, which is free and extremely fast. Also has the best masking options of any program out there.

An off-the-beaten-path option is to give X-Raw studio a try, it's free from Fuji. It's not a raw processor in its own right but uses your camera hardware to process raw files. If you like the look of your out-of-camera jpegs only you just want to make a few adjustments it might be worth checking out.
