I have been used shooting m43 raws but with the Tee it looks like shooting raws is a much bulky ado about too little gains since I avoid extra pro editing to take the little advantage of the Tee’s raws vs jpegs the way the Olympus 16mpx raws do offer vs jpegs.

Storage is cheap so I would still advocate shooting compressed Raw + JPG even if you primarily just enjoy the camera JPGs. Especially if you want to work around the high-ISO waxy skin-tones on X-Trans2 cameras like the X100T. Just dump the Raws on an external drive and forget about them until you need one.

It may be worth shooting RAW+JPEG but the 100T does not support compressed raw.
