"Jewels" in highlights

I took a picture yesterday with the GFX 50R and 110, which had lots of nice sparkly highlights on water. The OOC jpeg looks fine.

I tried working with the RAW file, and the highlights break up into multicolours (looking a lot like jewels to me). This happens in all of Affinity Photo, Silkypix Pro and Fuji's own free version of Silkypix. (I expect Silkypix to get tricky things like this right, being the official RAW processor for Fuji.)

I turned on chromatic aberration correction and also Affinity's Defringe and it didn't help.

I can get the camera to reprocess the RAW and it manages to not have the colours break up.

Is there anything I can do to persuade Affinity, Silkypix, or another RAW processor to get this right?

Here's an illustration:

Reprocessed in camera (and messed with in Afinity).
