Olympus 12-200 or Lumix FZ1000 ?

I would like an all-in-one lens (like the Olympus 12-200) or a bridge camera with a 1 in sensor, like the Lumix Fz1000) for when I don’t want to carry all my equipment (at home or travelling). The other day, for example, I went biking with my Old Canon SX50 (which has a big zoom); and it was a good thing I had it because I saw a spotted sandpiper. Although the quality was not great, given the 2/3in sensor, I did like the fact that it was one small camera unit to grab and carry. So i am been tempted to buy the Lumix FZ1000, but then I ask myself if the Olympus 12-200 would be a better buy. It would be about the same weight either way. Can I assume that the quality of the Oly 12-200 would be better because of the camera sensor?P.S. I do have the 40-150 kit lens but the reach would not be as good.

What would you recommend? Oly 12-200 or Lumix FZ 1000?

p.s. I would use the Oly lens on the Olympus em10 mk2 or the Lumix G9

BTW, i have plenty of other lenses for when weight/portability is not an issue.
