USPS is the United States Postal Service, a private corporation that is the only legal way to send a letter to be delivered to a mailbox here. It is the national postal service. USPS has contracts for parcel delivery with many companies. You should look on USPS.com to learn their policies.

The USPS is not a private corporation.  It is an independent agency or the executive branch of the federal government. The employees are federal government workers and all buildings (except the ones leased from a private owner) and equipment is owned by the federal government.

Is the Roberts Camera you are referencing based in Indianapolis? Here in the United States it is legal for more than one business to have the same name, so clarifying will help.

Is this an international shipment? It may have been held up in outbound customs.

More details would help us help you. However, you really need to consult the policies of each vendor for definitive info rather than relying on posters on forums like this,

My personal experience with domestic shipments from reputable companies via the USPS is good.
