+1 to TacticDesigns post.

In Lightroom you edit once output many times in whatever format you need. Even better you can save Export Presets... so if you regularly export for a particular web forum or for Instagram you can have a Preset with those setting for future use. Ditto for exporting print ready files... another Preset. Better still, if you need to output both types at the same time you just select both presets and LR will spit out two files.

Similarly, if you want a different crop just create a Virtual Copy and it will always be available. Same if you want a different creative edit. Virtual Copies allow you to have multiple versions of a file without having to fill your HD with actual duplicate RAWs

f/2.8 is a smaller number than f/22 in the same way that 100 is a smaller number than 20.
