In my experience Iridient Developer gets out the most detail (if you use Mac; otherwise Iridient Transformer); but you have to bump up the contrast a bit. The default seems a bit weak on contrast.

For shadow and highlight recovery I find Capture One Fuji Express much better. Colour-wise with C1, default colours are too saturated, you have to dial them down or use one of the less saturated presets. Even the Provia preset looks oversaturated to me. Detail by far not as good as in ID.

So I usually use ID and then, if necessary, make shadow and highlight adjustments in C1.
