I'm about to become a granddad for the first time, so I want to start taking photos of the baby.

I'm a landscape photographer, so shooting people is going to be a whole new ball game. Lots of youtubing for me.

Firstly my lenses are all landscape and nature photography orientated. 10-24, 18-55, 55-200 & 100-400 + 1.4TC

So I want to pick a fast prime with nice bokeh, but what focal length would you good people recommend?

Many thanks

One more vote to either the Fuji 35mm f1.4 or the Viltrox 33mm 1.4.

Wide enough aperture and focal distance for head /shoulders portraits with subject isolation, as well as full body or environmental portraits.

1.4 should also be enough for indoor photos, specially at this age where flash isn't recomended.
