Sounds good and i am green to this I have no idea what the subject of debate to the suggestions will be...

You could tell me to get a plastic trash bag, run around at night trying to catch a star and I would not know..... LOL... LOL.....

https://www.lonelyspeck.com/ would be an excellent place to start. You'll be amazed at the great shots of the Milky Way you can get immediately and painlessly with what you have.  If you love this step, then astro is for you.

Then go to astrobackyard, https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCn3npsPixgoi_xLdCg9J-LQ for a good idea of what it'll take to get into minimal guided telescopes.

Of course, there's always the tabletop guiders, but you may be disappointed.  I was.

There are lots of sites on the web showing outstanding deep sky shots that you can hope to emulate; but then you may ask yourself, if it already exists, why would I want to try to repeat it?  Because it will be your own, and getting the shot will be an achievement in itself. like most other photography, I guess.
