Battling against sunlight

Hi,

Today I am wondering the best approach in terms of on-location shooting,

I try to keep my kit to a minimum as I like to be able to move quickly.

I own a profoto b2 head and wondered if this and a simple 1mx1m skylite would be the most effective for creating portraits on location in harsh sunlight

I was wondering if a skylite or sunbounce or whatever you would like to call it would be the best options? alternatively I could Diy it and buy fabric however how would I build the frame?

I know there's a lot on youtube. I'm here to hear what you all think!

See in the screenshot I have attached the horrible shadow I want to minimise that if possible.

requirements:

CHEAP - <$300

Portable/FREE STANDING

Thanks
