Don't have X-T100 yet, hence my question
Checked on X-A5, latest FW. Exposure Compensation can not be assigned to any button or dial except the default EC dial. In manual mode this dial controls the shutter and I can;t find a way to control EC then.

So do you know if X-T100 supports it?

I just tried this on my X-T100. ... It appears that while you can configure the leftmost dial for EC, it will not change iso when in manual mode with auto iso enabled.

Thanks a lot.

My understanding that on other Fujifilm cameras the compensation only happens after you half-press the shutter. So X-T100 behaves differently, right?

No, the X-T100 shows the updated/actual iso value when you half press the shutter button. For example, if auto iso is 6400 max, the EVF or LCD will display that iso value until the shutter is half pressed, then the iso value changes to indicate the actual iso.
