I converted the X100V’s RAW files to JPG files by using the Lightroom’s camera profile. The color is quite close to the SOOC JPG.

So I tried Lightroom and it’s pretty good. I think I will use it as Capture One Express lacks a lot of functionality, like key stone, Here is the same picture converted in Lightroom and with the verticals corrected:
