I use a Nikon ES1 slide copier, which is similar in functionality to your SRB copier.

On the Oly 30mm macro no extension tubes are needed, just a 46mm to 52mm step up ring.

On the Oly 60mm kit lens you need to add between 50-70mm extension tubes to get the slide a sufficient distance from the camera to allow the whole slide to be seen.

I use hollow 52mm diameter threaded extension tubes. I pick and mix from a combination of  7mm, 14mm and 28mm lengths to get the distance I need.

I posted links to them on eBay in a previous post.

These links take you to a Hong Kong supplier so you won't have to wait 3 weeks for them to arrive like I did.

Your SRB copier will also probably need some extension tubes but the exact amount will depend on the length of your copier. If your copier doesn't have a 52mm thread you will also need a suitable step up ring.
