Canon MP-E 65mm f/2.8 1-5x Macro

Some advice needed.

I've used Nikon gear for many, many years and recently decided I'd like to try Macro photography. I have a WeMacro rail and a Nikon fit Laowa 25mm f/2.8 2.5-5X Ultra Macro which is fine for dead or static subjects.

I was attempting to take some pics of live aphids/greenfly but having to manually stop down the aperture is a big disadvantage. Laowa don't do an automatic lens version for Nikon so I'm thinking about a change of direction.

The Canon MP-E 65mm f/2.8 1-5x Macro lens seems to be very good but obviously won't fit my Nikon so question is:

Should I buy a s/h Canon MP-E 65mm f/2.8 1-5x Macro and a s/h Canon body such as an EOS 5DS?

Advice from anyone experienced using this kit would be helpful.
