I'm just using mount adapters from M to L mount. I have one made by Leica (expensive, but I bought one 2nd hand):

And I also have a Shoten L.M. - LSL Macro (helicoid) adapter that allows closer focusing:

Additionally I have Rayqual MD-LM and PK-LM adapters that can be stacked with the M to L adapters to adapt my Minolta and Pentax SLR lenses to fp. I much prefer adapting the smaller rangefinder lenses though.
