What factor to apply if E lens of FE body?

Hi

I'm aware that one can use an E lens on a FF body and obviously there's a crop going on. But can I ask if there is a divisor to apply in terms of megapixels?

Say I put my 18-105 E lens on (for arguments sake) an A7R4, by what factor would I need to divide the 61megapixels to see what file size I would get? I presume the field of view would be the same as a 27-157.5 lens if such existed. And would the same divisor apply to any Sony FF body?

I currently have an A6400 with the 18-105 but am thinking of a FF body for which, at some stage, I would add some FF lenses but I do like the 18-105 and, using it for a while on FF, would let me get different lenses (such as w/a first). So I do understand the general advice is get FF lenses for best performance and maximum resolution but this would be a stop-gap for a while as, on a pension) money is unfortunately finite these days

Many thanks,

John
