Video seems to be so much more important these days.

When my Sony a7 died several years ago I put photography away and got involved with other things. Now, however, I want to buy an a7III and get back into it.

Things have changed a bit. Here on DP Review it seems shooting videos is every bit as important as shooting images. I'm more interested in images rather than video so I wonder if a camera with all the video bells and whistles is really needed. Wouldn't a camera without all the video capability be less expensive? Are there full frame digital cameras out there geared towards image taking and not video?
