Not sure how the camera is connected. He is using this free software:
He's using Samsung Remote Studio (I don't think it's still available from them, I have versions 1.0.0 and 1.0.1 from back when it was, PM me if you want them) and the camera is connected with USB. I don't think it supports wifi at all. Is that SRS link to your server? It seems about the right size, but with there being no official source of it these days we should be careful. Should i checksum it against mine?
OBS he uses just to capture the screen and there is an OBS plugin to emulate a video device (I forget the name of the kind of it) that can be detected by most videochat software.

And if you are on a PC you could try the Samsung Remote Studio. I think it works via WIFI.
