Well, yes and no.

As said, it's from 2013 and hence a bit dated.

If you're fine with the range of its lens but the constant f/2.8 isn't that important to I'd propose to have a closer look at the RX100Mk7 - if you're also fine with its form factor and handling. At least it has the modern version of the sensor and, even more important, a much snappier AF and much better tracking AF (OSPDAF).

OTOH at least from what the paper says (Sony's marketing) the RX10-line (Mk1 though Mk4) are commented as having some weather and dust resistance - whatever this means. Decisions....
