My macro lens produces a lot of little dots when 1:1 or close to it.

I don't know if inserting images will compress them too much and if you can notice, but when you look at images at 100% you can see small dots all over the place and they are a pain to edit.

My lens is a Sigma 105mm (the old version with screwdriver autofocus) for F-Mount that I bought used. I've disassembled it and clean every lens individually and it seems there's nothing inside that could produce the dots. The closer you focus the more noticiable they become, for portraiture or landscape they didn't even appear.

Do you have any clue? Thank's in advance.
