X100V Body Clicking
1

Recently I picked up my X100V from my desk and heard a distinct clicking sound coming from the flat area between the grip and lens, roughly in line with the battery bay on the front. It recurs most of the time now when I apply pressure to pick it up. It almost sounds like the click of a Snapple lid.

My X100F doesn’t have that issue, and looking at both bodies they’re approximately the same thickness in that area. I’ve checked the screws — all tight, didn’t have to muck with it — and the port door to see if it caused it, but no luck

Is anyone else having this particular issue? Is it an issue, maybe that could indicate some gap for dust or other debris that could get on the sensor?
