I agree with your findings For all the hype that bellows and T-S lenses have received over the years, the new high resolution cameras and edit-in-post let you do the same much easier.

There are intricacies - with the T-S you are working on the WYSIWYG principle.

With edit-in-post you have only so much margin. When taking the image, it is important to 'over-frame' and realize where you want to put the (imaginary) horizon - e.g. you may want to keep the image in the upper half (e.g. vertical) part of the image only.

I have used the 10mm FL in this manner, and find it to be a much easier approach to capture urbanscapes than a T-S would be.
