It filters out the Monte Carlo noise inherent to stochastic ray tracing methods…

I guess that "Monte Carlo noise" may be similar enough to Poisson noise, so here is a quick test, because you can download some instantly executable binaries too.

oidn-1.2.0.x86_64.macos/bin/denoise -ldr Photon-noise.pfm -o out.pfm
