Transferring Windows 10

Two years ago I purchased a copy of Windows 10 Professional from B&H Photo.  It came as a DVD in a white cardboard folder.  Attached to the front of the folder was a Certificate of Authenticity sticker from Microsoft with a serial number.  I installed it on my machine and activated it.  There were no problems and it has worked flawlessly ever since then.  I want to upgrade my system and build a new computer using different components than I used two years ago.  Can I deactivate the current Windows 10 license and then reinstall Windows 10 in my new build, transfer the license and activate it?  I'm not sure if what I bought from B&H two years ago was considered a full retail version or an OEM version.  How do I tell what I have?  My gut is telling me that I need to buy another copy of Windows 10 Pro.  Any thoughts or suggestions appreciated.
