I'm in the same boat, BUT when I sold my 90, I was shooting with an X-T2, which, of course, does not have IBIS.  The OP is shooting with an X-H1 so that's not an issue here.

I do recall doing some city shooting with the 90 and it was fantastic.  But I love my 50-140.

To the OP, it sounds like you enjoy shooting with primes over zooms, in which case I'd suggest getting the 90.

But if that really isn't a driving force, and you don't mind the size/weight of the 50-140, then I agree with others - it's a much more versatile lens, and the compression you get at 140mm is really nice to have - opens up interesting compositional opportunities.
