X-T3/4 with 16-80 for landscape (vs E-M1 II 12-100?)

Hi,
I'm about to upgrade my current hiking kit (6D + 24-105) and I'm considering a single lens setup with a wide angle lens in my backpack (XF 10-24 or Leica 8-18 / Zuiko 7-14). I have seen some videos and of course samples on the web from the topic gear. I have a feeling that on low ISOs Fuji has visibly less grain. As you know I'm a bit spoiled with quality of my FF. Olympus seems to be very versatile and it has great stabilisation, so I could leave my tripod at home.
Btw: for a while I had Canon M6 with 11-22 / 18-150, but I have no joy when there is no EVF (embedded, without the dongles...) and I'd like to have weather-sealing, preferably wear it on PeakDesign clip. Quality wise it was ok, but not pleasing to use.

When looking at current prices where I live I can get the EM-1 II with 12-100 for the same price as X-T4 with 16-80. X-T3 with 16-80 is 650€ cheaper.

Btw: I don't care about the video

Do you have any experiences?

Thanks!
