actual capabilitiy limitations on new 13in MBP vs exisiting 16inch?

quad core 10th gen vs 8 core 9th gen? 32 vs 64 ram? Radeon graphics card vs intel?

Let's say either one I got I'd be getting the fastest processor option and a 2 TB internal ssd.

Screen real estate is a non factor as I'm used to running my 13 inch 2012 MBP hooked up to an external monitor. Basically I'd rather stick with a 13 inch model for portability when I have to fly with my digital camera and download/edit on the road.

I do shoot some video project on sony A7r3. 4k. I use premiere. I have a large number of 500 - 1000 mb drum scans which I work up in PS, sometimes with 15-20 adjustment layers. I use Lightroom a lot, 42 mp raws, currently about 35,000 files. I don't use lightroom to make local adjustments.

Basically from what I can gather, all I'd be gaining by going for the 16 inch is a bigger screen and faster wait times when rendering 4k video....and better sound quality speakers? What difference would having 8core vs quadcore make for working on huge photoshop files btween 1 and 6 gb in size? (which currently my mid 2012 macbook pro has no problem with, if I'm patient and nice to her like the little engine that could)
