SAmsung NX cameras - Auto vs Manual mode

Hello guys,

I'm having this problem. Everytime I move to manual from auto, in the NX1, or from any other mode, image looks more flat, it seems to loose its vibrance, and the colors change a lot, they look more flat, poorer.

I was wondering what does the auto mode adjusts? Why does the image looks more flat in manual?

How can I mantain the same settings of the auto mode, but avoiding the flickering of the auto shuttering, changes in exposure (is it the same as auto exposure?) seen on the auto mode? Is the Auto mode also changing the picture wizzard/colors? What am I missing? I have the Auto AWB enable... I changed to picture wizard - vivivd, in manual, but even though it seems different, colors less vibrant... I really love the auto mode, except for the constant flickering of the image in low light....

Thanks
