the eos M would be perfect if it had:

- 1/8000 max shutter speed

It can so 1/16000 in electronic shutter. It's only in single shot mode, but still it's a great option for shooting at F1.4 in bright sun. I've used it on multiple occasions.

- 1/250 flash synchronisation

- weather sealing

- 120 fps progressive scan EVF

You can do High speed sync with an external flash unit though, right?

I think you can. I recently bought one on sale, but haven't had a chance to use it yet (I don't like flash, and hardly ever use it).

Canon do some small flashes that are ETTL and HSS i do believe?

May be stupid question, but how do you prevent an overexposed image on a verry bright sunny day without using a ND filter ?

Do you guys use ND filter on M6 ii ?

Electronic shutter at 1/16000 is fast enough for F1.2 in bright sun. I have also used a polarizing filter on occasion, which reduces the exposure enough to use F1.6 in bright sun. And then there’s the ND filter option. I bought one, but am yet to use it.

As the length of a thread approaches 150, the probability that someone will make the obvious "it's not the camera, it's the photographer" remark approaches 1.
