It's just so simple.

IF you really want a camera with the letters PENTAX on the front, there are some mighty fine DSLRs to choose from. APS-C or "full frame". If you're prepared to go the second hand route, there are numerous models out there. And you can even find a mirrorless, the K-01.

IF you really want a mirrorless, there are so many brands to choose from. And if you want to use your mighty fine legacy k-mount lenses? No problem, there are adaptors!

IF you have a very good business plan, involving the letters PENTAX, get in touch with the RICOH management. They might be interested.

I'm not.
