Fuji X100V, verus Canon's EOS M6 Mark II
1

Recently I've been reading with interest, the new Fuji camera... very handsome build, all ready to go 'street' camera. I spent hours watching vlogger reviews.

Then I suddenly circled back to check some specs of the Canon, which when it came out I also buried myself in interest, feeling it in my hands at a local store as well, at the time.

Turns out the M6 VII really holds its own in size/dimensions versus this Fuji.  The M6 VII has a more pronounced hand grip on the side.

And the price, that Fuji is $1400.

The Canon is about $800.  Obviously you need to buy a lens, but lets say you buy a pancake lens.

The Canon will have a net weight that is more than the Fuji, and it's missing a viewfinder that the Fuji has (ironically? as the Canon is the SLR, not the FUJI).

I've never owned a Fuji, and both come in dual tone finishes.

Would you canon forum guys go with the Canon over the Fuji?
