IBIS is in body image stabilization.  If you want to save money, stay with Canon to use your existing lenses etc., I would suggest a Canon T7i or Canon 800D.  I bought two of them on Ebay recently for $505 (USD) each.  That camera works well with all of my existing lenses including the Tamron 150-600mm lens.  If you have more money, look at the Canon 90D or Canon 6D Mark II.  Buy more lenses as you need for them as Ashley has explained to you.  He has a lot of experience with them, full frame, mirrorless or crop cameras.
