Canon 90D: Digital Image Stabilization - Handheld video tests performed

Anyone tried using the Canon 90D built-in Digital Image Stabilization function? I was curious if this was useful or effective for shooting handheld videos in reducing motion shakiness, so I conducted a series of un-scientific real world tests to see the difference between the following scenarios:

Test #1) Lens IS turned off and camera Digital IS turned off (this is the baseline reference)

Test #2) Lens IS turned on but camera Digital IS turned off

Test #3) Lens IS turned on and camera Digital IS "Enable" mode turned on

Test #4) Lens IS turned on and camera Digital IS "Enhanced" mode turned on

Camera gear used for the 4 video tests are: Canon 90D camera with Canon 24-105mm f4 L Ver 2 zoom lens, all videos shot handheld in manual exposure mode. More EXIF info enclosed in the videos.

Does anyone see any difference or improvement for Test Videos #3 or #4 in terms of reduction in motion shakiness? There is definitely image cropping applied as a result of using Digital IS "Enable" and "Enhanced" modes. But are videos #3 or #4 any less shaky?

Here are the links below for the different tests (per 1st paragraph above):
