Hello,
Can anybody please explain if having just one adapter, in this case Drop-in Filter Mount Adapter would be enough so we could use EF lenses on RF mount cameras?
I understand that this adapter is indispensable when you need to use filters, but is it possible to use it without filters too?
Sorry if this question sounds silly, but how do you close the filter slot?
Thank you for your answers.
You can't close the slot without filters, so add €109 to the price to get the clear filter to close that huge hole in the adapter when you don't need the CPL/ND.
I'm very happy with the CPL filter adapter on my RP, it keeps out a lot of dust during lens changes. Before I had the adapter I had to clean spots of the sensors every month, after using the filter adapter I haven't had to clean it. I mostly do macro at f/11-f/13, so spots show up clearly in those pictures.
Thanx a bunch for your prompt answer. I appreciate it.
